1 hr 40 mins elliptical while watching "American Idol". Archuleta was ok this week. Nobody could touch David Cook's "Billy Jean"! He has the whole Rob Thomas/Matchbox 20 thing going on & I LOVE Matchbox 20!
I did run before "Idol". I did 6.2 miles in 55:35 spitting all the way & fighting some headwinds in my neighborhood but I did it. My throat isn't sore anymore, which is odd. I was sure it would be killing me after all that spitting.
My sweet, little, TX nephew Avery giving his neighbor friend a ride home. My sister says his bike wobbles when he does this & it makes her nervous. ha! I sure miss those boys.
