My boss told me that I'm very easy going today & I really liked that. I also like the fact that there are a lot of people who view me as an "open" person who isn't going to judge them if they have a problem. I've been told that I'm "everybody's friend". I think that is one of the greatest compliments ever given to me, especially at work because seriously we ALL spend a lot of time at our jobs! :)
Carla & I ran in her neighborhood down to West Middle & back for an easy paced 5 miles. We talked all the way so I know it was easy. (9:35 pace but it felt like 10:00) :)
I stretched & did the usual crunches to rush home to "A.I". My prediction came true, poor little Ramiele. You can't help but notice how close these contestants get on the show. So sweet!
Tomorrow will be an easy cross training day for me or I'll mow. The weather once again dictates my afternoon but dang doesn't everyone's grass look marvelous?! We took note of all the green on our afternoon run. It felt good outside even though I spit a little too much & my nose ran a little but it was a good run. My legs feel a little stronger & I'm giving credit to the cool/cold soaks in the tub.
Goal: Get Faster!
