For the last 4-5 months I've been running with a rag to catch the "crap" ya know...wipe my face, mouth, & any other body parts that happen to catch the spit. My rags are usually one of the country music marathon rags they have out (usually soaked in ice water) at the finish line. It's my comfort blanket! Maybe I should start running with my thumb in my mouth too.I did a 4 mile heated run tonight out East. When I got to Macon, two dogs jumped through their electric fence & ran with me for about 1/2 a mile. What is it with me & dogs lately? I'm a huge "dog person" but this is ridiculous. I didn't have time to be hauling them back to their owners in the civic. They were huge. One would run up & poke me in my side with his nose. Cute but I wasn't in the mood to play like I did in Bell Buckle. Thank goodness they didn't follow me out of Macon.
East Middle was having some sort of "thing"...possibly graduation for the 8th grade. Nobody accused me of "running away" from graduation tonight.
"Grey's Anatomy" 2 hr season finale tonight.......cell is off! :P
