Monday blahs

Other than push mowing for 1.5 hrs & laundry, I wasn't that productive yesterday. I guess my body (shin) finally brought me to a resting position or maybe it was the white water rafting on Sat. (I'm itching to go again!) It was an uneventful day, except that the plumbing problems have come back! Always something, ya know, especially when you live in an older home.

I am almost ashamed to admit this but I became engrossed in Deion Sander's reality show. I knew he was funny from the football commentaries but he's REALLY funny. August 9th, the Rams come to town. I need to round up my fun people for that. It's a Sat night preseason game.

Today, I'm going to do some cross training for about an hour & then my first spinning class at the Rec center. I've heard it kicks your butt. It's an hour long.
