I walked into the Rec Center realizing I had NO WATER...left my big bottle on the desk! YIKES! So, I ran back to the car for money. 1st machine was out of order, 2nd machine had sodas...by that time the "older gentleman" saw me & told me I was about 30 mins late working on my abs. I asked him where there was a working water machine. He said "upstairs". So, here I go...$1.50!!! I had $1.25 & loose change. I had to go back downstairs & get a quarter. Ugh! "older gentleman" sees me again & smiles. I come back down & he asks me how I'm doing. I tell him that I'm finally getting it together. I have a feeling he will miss me the rest of the week!
The 1 hr Spin was awesome. The Tuesday evening dude will scream out & it cracks me up everytime. He thanks us for returning & thanks us again when leaving. His mom raised him well. I went to stretch/yoga class......what a waste of time. Nothing against her but I could have done what we did alone upstairs in the hallway after spin & got home 30 mins earlier. I'm so accustomed to "Carlates" (Carla's pilates) that regular yoga feels useless to me now. So, I'm crossing that off the "options" list. Insert more aqua jogging or walking!
I'm so excited......start of Olympics, fun times at LP Field this weekend, & I'm going to get a bike!
