We talked the entire time about EVERYTHING.
I had eaten my usual breakfast & had a gu right before we started.
I didn't eat a thing during the run...just sipped on my handheld bottle of powerade.
Absolutely beautiful morning to be outside running. Great run with Grant, Danielle, Traci, & Jonathon.
