Is it ironic that the village ice cream truck passed me 2-3X on my 5 mile run after work today?
(At one point playing "silent night"? weird!)
At least it went a little better than the Tues run. My body was tied up in stressed knots.
A big whopping 19 miles for the week for me. (Note sarcasm)
Next run will hopefully be on the Moon Pie course early Sunday morning.

viewer stats are pretty cool, but noticed the host for my current job shows our location as Bell Buckle. how weird is that? I've always wondered who some of the folks are that I notice on a regular basis.
