May 17th on Coco Beach two lovely friends of mine made a promise to each other...Isn't she lovely? I have had photos of her in this dress for months but couldn't post them because I was afraid Jeff would read the blog. :) I can't wait to hear all the details. It was immedate family only with a reception in TN in June & one in MI soon to follow.
Tonight's workout:
3 easy miles at a 9:32 pace (right shin is sore from pounding downhill)
30 mins elliptical (slow)
crunches
arm weights
45 mins push mowing the yard
