When this is all over, I'm NOT turning on the TV for a week or two, seriously.
Last night as much as I wanted to I just couldn't do it. At 10:30pm, I zonked out.
When I woke up to find that Nastia had squeeked passed Shawn, I was ok with that since they both represent USA. :) Gold & Silver!
What a race for Ryan Lochte! Like they said last night, he would be the greatest all around swimmer in the world if there were no Mr. Phelps. Gold & Silver! (Lochte & Peirsol 200m back) .......AND how about that Rebecca Soni coming out of nowhere?!
Last night's workout:
60 min walk, light leg weights, ab work, & pilates moves
Tonight:
Resting at LP Field & then going home to watch more of this.....
